Rift and Deviant Art have a contest going on, some nice rewards for some deviant pictures! I wanted to submit a few items and had a lot of fun doing them. There are so many wonderful submissions there already! Ah but it is all in good fun and got me to actually really push myself. Anyhow check out the link

ReplyDeleteThe fire rift does a great job of capturing the color, vibrancy and wildness of the element. The death rift is very well done. At first glance, one might see a soft, inviting angel. But then... where are her hands? And what is that a sinister smirk and not a smile?

ReplyDeleteAt first I thought you had to add in the rifts so I went with it in the first, I suppose it heled add more color to the first.
The second her arms are posed behind her to give her a more disarming appearance.
