I wanted to do a model of Dire's dark elf rogue, a bust. I got pretty far until my program started acting up and crashing on me a bit, thus I didn't get it as detailed as I'd have liked. The hair and chest didn't get touched much at this point and it took many hours already so I thought I'd share it anyhow. This was made with a 3D modeling program then the top image was finished up with color in Photoshop just because I wanted to do something with it. I had a lot of fun until I couldn't keep up with crashing. And yeah, I adore dark elves, if you hadn't noticed, lol. I thought it would be fun to show the process of it :)
It was inspired by this picture, which I painted digitally, I wanted to create a 3D model of something I had created, maybe next time I'll do some fan art. Not too bad for only my second time working with the program (Sculptris), I'd say at least.
